摘要 体外诊断技术是疾病有效诊治的重要辅助手段.目前市场上大多数体外诊断产品是采样器+分析仪器一套的模式,非便携与高成本是制约其发展和推广的重要因素.为了开发一个基于移动互联网和云计算的普适家庭医疗系统,本研究通过将试剂固化到塑料等材质上制备家庭个人使用的尿常规检测耗材,与尿液接触后产生化学反应得到可收集的图像信号;进一步通过手机等移动终端将可收集的信号发送到云端,运用图像处理、云计算、大数据、生物传感等方法分析尿常规指标,即时得到检测报告.实验结果表明:本研究建立的体外诊断新产品能够快速、准确、方便反映个人检测结果,降低了检测成本,方便健康普查. In vitro diagnosis is an important supplementary means for diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Most of the in vitro diagnoses on the market are in the form of a combination of data acquisition modules and analysis instruments, of which portability and the cost are restricting factors in their development and promotion. To develop a universe home medical system based on mobile Internet and cloud computing,this research prepares routine urine test consumables for laboratory testing by putting the reagents curing on material such as plastic where signals can be collected after the detection of reactions between consumables and urine samples. Furthermore, signals are sent to the cloud by mobile phones as well as other mobile terminals, and reports will be generated instantly by using the methods of image processing, cloud computing, data mining and biological sensing to analyze routine urine indicators. Experimental results show that in vitro diagnosis created by this research will generate individual testing results in an accurate, rapid, and convenient fashion. This system will reduce the costs of testing in health care and facilitate health surveys. This system is the enabling component for a universe home medical system with low cost which can realize a wide range of health data collections and develop intelligent diagnosis systems based on big data.
