摘要
护生在实习期需要尽快调整角色适应新工作环境,尤其对胸外科这样一个专科性很强的科室,做好临床实习护生的带教,使其尽快掌握实习难点和重点,确保教学质量,是科室带教老师面临的问题。随着教学理念的发展及长期教学经验的积累,近年来以问题为基础的教学法、以病例为基础的教学法、PBL结合工作坊教法、自我导向学习法、PDCA结合情景模拟教学法成为多模式综合临床护理带教模式,多家医院胸外科护理带教团队运用多模式综合带教模式与传统带教模式相对比探索科学合理、高效的胸外科专科临床护生带教模式。为进一步探讨胸外科临床实习护生带教模式,现综述如下。
Trainee nurses need to adjust their roles as soon as possible to adapt the new working environment during internship,especially in thoracic surgery which is a department with strong specialty,does well in teaching clinical trainee nurses,so that they can master difficulties and key points in practice as quickly as possible,ensure the quality of teaching are problems faced to department teaching teacher.With the development of educational concept and the accumulation of long-term teaching experience,problem-based teaching method,case-based teaching method,PBL combined with work teaching method,self-directed learning method and PDCA combined with scenario simulation teaching method have become multi-mode comprehensive clinical nursing teaching mode in recent years,the nursing teaching team of thoracic surgery in many hospitals compared the multi-mode comprehensive teaching mode with the traditional teaching mode to explore a scientific and reasonable、high efficiency clinical nursing teaching mode of thoracic surgery specialty.In order to further discuss the teaching mode of clinical nursing in thoracic surgery,summarized as follows.
