摘要
目的构建教学医院临床带教老师教学能力评价指标体系,并进行实证性分析。方法运用德尔菲专家咨询法、深入访谈法、小组讨论法确定评价体系指标并赋权重。选取相关领域具备一定资质的16名专家进行德尔菲法专家咨询,以江西省人民医院为研究对象进行实证性调查分析。结果临床带教老师教学能力评价体系包括一级指标3项,二级指标9项,三级指标30项。专家积极系数为87.5%,专家权威系数为0.8369,协调系数W值接近0.5。结论临床带教老师教学能力评价体系评价结果能充分体现临床带教老师教学能力,可为医院教学管理提供实用评价工具。
Objective To construct a teaching ability evaluation system for teaching hospital clinical teachers and analysis empirically. Methods Using the Delphi expert consultation method, deep interview and group discussion method to determine the evaluation system and weight factors. 16 experts with certain quality of related fields were selected to give Delphi expert consultation. Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital was selected as the research of empirical survey and analysis. Results Teaching ability evaluation system for teaching hospital clinical teachers included 3 primary indicators, 9 secondary indicators, 30 thirdly indicators. The positive coefficient was 87.5%; the expert authority coefficient was 0.8369; the coordination coefficient W value closed to 0.5. Conclusion The teaching ability evaluation system for teaching hospital clinical teachers and analysis empirically can provide a very practical evaluation tool for hospital teaching management.
