不同种源桤木嫁接幼苗光合和叶绿素荧光特征 被引量:11

Photosynthesis and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Grafted Alnus cremastogyne Seedlings from Different Provenances

摘要 【目的】通过比较不同种源桤木嫁接幼苗光合和叶绿素荧光特征的差异,目的是筛选出适宜地区发展的优良种源,为科学制定桤木营林措施、引种、栽培和推广应用提供基础数据。【方法】于2015年12月采集恩阳、金堂、平昌和宣汉4个种源桤木穗条,选取1年生长势基本一致的实生桤木幼苗为砧木,采取随机区组设计方法,将苗圃地划分为3个区组,每个区组包含12个小区,于2016年1月进行嫁接,同年8月使用Li-6800测定嫁接幼苗光合参数和叶绿素荧光动力学参数。采用单因素方差分析比较不同种源桤木嫁接幼苗间光合参数和叶绿素荧光参数的差异,并用皮尔森相关分析方法分析光合参数与荧光参数之间的相关性。【结果】平昌种源桤木嫁接幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、初始荧光(F0)、潜在光化学效率(Fv/F0)、实际光化学效率(φPSII)以及光化学猝灭系数(qP)均显著(P<0.05)大于其他种源。金堂种源桤木嫁接幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)均显著(P<0.05)大于恩阳和宣汉种源。平昌种源的非光化学猝灭系数(qN)、最大荧光(Fm)和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)与金堂种源差异不显著(P>0.05),且都显著(P<0.05)大于恩阳和宣汉种源。【结论】4个种源的光合和叶绿素荧光特征存在差异,光合作用自我调节机制不同,表现为平昌种源桤木光合作用最强,金堂种源次之,而恩阳、宣汉种源桤木对光能利用能力较弱。 【Objective】By comparing the differences in photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics for grafted seedlings of Alnus cremastogyne from different provenances,this paper aims to screen out excellent provenances suitable for regional development,and provide basic data for scientific formulation of forest management measures,introduction,cultivation,popularization and application of A. cremastogyne.【Method】In December 2015,the A. cremastogyne cutting with four provenances from Enyang,Jintang,Pingchang and Xuanhan were collected. A. cremastogyne seedlings with similar oneyear growth vigor were used as rootstocks. The nursery was divided into three blocks by randomized block design method,and each block contained 12 plots. The grafting was carried out in January 2016.The photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters of grafted seedlings were measured by Li-6800 in August 2016. Then,the differences in photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters among the grafted seedlings of A. cremastogyne from different provenances were analyzed and compared by one-way ANOVA,and the correlation between photosynthetic parameters and fluorescence parameters was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.【Result】The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),initial fluorescence(F0),potential photochemical efficiency(Fv/F0),actual photochemical efficiency(φPSII) and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) of grafted seedlings from Pingchang provenance were significantly higher than those of other provenances(P <0.05). The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) of grafted seedlings from Jintang provenance were significantly higher than those from Enyang and Xuanhan provenances(P<0.05). The non-photochemical quenching coefficient(Qn),maximum fluorescence(Fm) and maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm) of Pingchang provenance were not significantly different from Jintang provenance(P>0.05),a
