四川桤木不同无性系1a生嫁接幼苗生长及叶片养分含量特征 被引量:2

Growth and Leaf Nutrient Concentration Characteristics of One-Year-Old Grafted Seedlings of Different Clone of Alnus ledgeriana

摘要 【目的】了解四川桤木不同无性系嫁接幼苗生长及叶片养分含量的特征,为桤木无性系初级种子园和国家级桤木良种基地建设提供科学依据。【方法】2015年12月在平昌县采集30株四川桤木优树的穗条并嫁接,同年9月测定嫁接幼苗生长和叶片养分含量。【结果】不同无性系嫁接幼苗的株高、基径、生物量、根冠比、叶片N、P、K含量及化学计量比存在显著差异(P<0.05),株高范围为139.33~221.67 cm,基径范围为6.46~20.83 mm,叶片N含量范围为8.82~16.44 g/kg,叶片P含量范围为0.87~2.18 g/kg,叶片K含量范围为5.92~14.64 g/kg。其中无性系PC7、PC8、PC9的生长较好,叶片N、P、K含量较高;聚类分析结果表明,根据生长特征可将30个无性系嫁接幼苗分为3类,第3类无性系(PC7、PC8、PC9)平均株高、基径、生物量及叶片N、P含量均显著(P<0.05)高于其他两类。相关分析结果表明,四川桤木不同无性系嫁接幼苗叶片N、P、K含量与株高、基径叶生物量、茎生物量、根生物量和总生物量呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关关系。【结论】四川桤木不同无性系1a生嫁接幼苗的生长状况与叶片养分含量及其化学计量比具有一定差异,其中第3类无性系(PC7、PC8、PC9)长势最佳,各器官生物量最大,叶片养分含量丰富。 【Objective】The object of this study was to understand the characteristics of the growth and leaf nutrient concentrations of grafted seedlings of different clones of Alnus ledgeriana and to provide scientific theoretical basis for the construction of a primary seed orchard of Alnus ledgeriana and a national alder seed base.【Method】In December 2015,30 Alnus ledgeriana superior trees were collected and grafted in Pingchang County.The growth of grafted seedlings and leaf nutrient concentration were measured in September of the same year.【Result】There were significant differences(P<0.05)in plant height,basal diameter,biomass,root-shoot ratio,leaf N,P,K concentration and stoichiometric ratio of grafted seedlings of different clones.The plant height ranged from 139.33 to 221.67 cm.The range is6.46-20.83 mm,the leaf N concentration ranges from 8.82 to 16.44 g/kg,the P concentration ranges from 0.87 to 2.18 g/kg,and the leaf K concentration ranges from 5.92 to 14.64 g/kg.Among them,the clones PC7,PC8,and PC9 grew better and the concentrations of N,P,and K in the leaves were higher than the other clones.The results of cluster analysis showed that 30 clones of grafted seedlings can be divided into three types according to growth characteristics,and the plant height,basal diameter,biomass and leaf N and P concentrations were higher in the third type of clone(PC7,PC8,PC9)than the others(P<0.05).The correlations among the leave concentrations of N,P,K and plant height,basal leaf biomass,stem biomass,root biomass and total biomass were significantly positive(P<0.01)relationship.【Conclusion】The growth status and leaf nutrient concentrations and stoichiometric ratios of 1-year-old grafted seedlings of different clones of Alnus ledgeriana were different.Among them,the third type of clones(PC7,PC8,PC9)have the highest growth,biomass,and leave concentrations.
