摘要
作为提升社会影响的重要手段,新型研发机构对于社会发展的支撑作用日益受到从业者和理论研究者的关注与重视。相比较于传统研发机构来说,新型研发机构可以灵活地面向社会、面向市场提供科研服务。这就对新型研发机构硬件建设、软件配套、人员素质等方面提出了更高的要求。本文深入剖析新发展理念下新型研发机构对社会发展支撑的模式,并对新型研发机构支撑社会发展模式的构建和改善进行了有益的探索。
As an important means to enhance social influence,the supporting role of new research and development(R&D)institutions for social development has received increasing attention from practitioners and theoretical researchers.Compared with traditional R&D institutions,new R&D institutions can flexibly provide scientific research services to the society and the market.This puts forward higher requirements for new R&D institutions in terms of hardware construc⁃tion,software supporting,and personnel quality.In this paper,through an in-depth analysis of the support model of new R&D institutions for social development under the new development concept,a useful exploration of the construction and improvement of new R&D institutions sup⁃porting social development mode under the new development concept had been carried out.
