Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Young Researchers' Scientific Information Literacy in the e-Science Environment

摘要 采用问卷调查法,从e-Science环境感知、科研信息获取、科研数据存储与管理、科研信息分析与利用及科研交流与合作几个方面,对青年科研人员的科研信息素养现状展开调查。在分析调查数据的基础上,从科研主体的角度提出三条提升青年科研人员科研信息素养的对策:定期开展信息检索教育与检索经验交流,采用多种方法提高科研数据管理意识,构建良好的科研信息共享氛围及完善共享激励机制。 A questionnaire survey is conducted of the young researchers' scientific information literacy concerning the consciousness of e-Science environment, scientific information acquisition,storage and management,analysis and use as well as scientific communication and collaboration. Based on an analysis of the survey results, three countermeasures are put forward on how to improve young researchers' scientific information literacy, which are conducting regularly education for information retrieval and communication of retrieval experience, improving consciousness of scientific data management in different ways, and creating a good atmosphere of scientific information sharing and prompting sharing mechanism.
