Xiongan New Area: New Highland of Global Innovation

摘要将河北雄安新区建设成为具有国际影响力的创新高地,是雄安新区面临的战略机遇,是千年大计、国家大事。文章认为,必须以综合集成和引领创新作为雄安的科技创新战略,并在创新主体引入和培育、创新人才集聚、创新资金投入、创新城市建设等方面做扎实的部署,尤其应在科技项目的公共性、知识产权的共享性等方面做重大的制度创新。 To build Xiongan New Area into an innovation highland with global impact is the great chance for the city, and it is also the millennium planning for China. This paper suggests that comprehensive integration and leading indigenous innovation are the strategic position for Xiongan New Area, and the innovation bodies, innovative talents, innovation fund, and innovative city buildings are four pillars for Xiongan New Area. Furthermore, the publicity of R＆D project and co-sharing of intellectual property rights could be the institutional innovation for Xiongan New Area.
