摘要
线粒体可为细胞的生命活动提供能量,在细胞中呈动态分布。卵母细胞成熟过程中,胞质内的线粒体和线粒体上DNA经历阶段性的空间再分布,调节三磷酸腺苷生成,从而为细胞提供能量。线粒体DNA拷贝数是决定卵母细胞形态和功能是否正常的关键因素,是卵母细胞质量的重要标志。线粒体转录因子A和DNA聚合酶γ联合对维持线粒体DNA拷贝数稳定有重要作用,对卵母细胞发育和以后的胚胎生长发育有积极作用。本文就卵母细胞线粒体DNA拷贝数与卵母细胞质量、胚胎发育相关性的研究进展作一综述。
Mitochondria provide energy for all cells’activities and distribute dynamically in cells.The mitochondria and the mitochondrial DNA undergo a phased spatial redistribution to regulate the production of adenosine-triphosphate and provide energy for the cells during the maturation of oocytes.The copy number of mitochondrial NDA is a key to the morphology and function of oocytes,reflecting the quality of oocytes.Both mitochondrial transcription factor A and DNA polymeraseγplay important roles in the stability of mitochondrial DNA copy number,the development of oocytes and the subsequent embryo growth.This paper reviews the research progress of the correlations of oocyte mitochondrial DNA copy number with the oocyte quality and embryo development.
