摘要
目的探讨超促排卵中血清促黄体生成素（LH）对胚胎移植的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月～2014年1月在本中心进行体外受精／单精子注射（IVF／ICSI）118个新鲜周期的患者临床资料，将患者注射绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）日测定结果分为A组（LHI〉0．5U／L，75例）和B组（LH〈0．5U／L，43例）。对两组患者的重组人促卵泡激素（rhFSH）用药量、受精率、临床妊娠率、临床流产率进行比较。结果A组Gn用药量[（26．89±4．35）支1明显少于B组[（30．67±7．68）支]，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。A组的受精率（84．0％）与B组（82．7％）比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。A组的临床妊娠率（54．7％）与B组（53．5％）比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。A组的临床流产率（6．7％）明显低于B组（11．6％），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论在超促排卵中血清LH〈0．5U，L时，rhFSH用药量增加，临床流产率增加，对受精率和临床妊娠率无影响。
Objective To explore the effect of super ovulation in serum luteinizing hormone （LH） on the embryo trans- plantation. Methods Retrospectively analysis was performed on the clinical data of patients with 118 fresh cycle of IVF/ICSI in our center from January of 2013 to January of 2014.Patients were divided into group A （LH≥0.5 U/L,75 cases） and group B （LH〈0.5 U/L,43 cases） according to the determination results after the injection of human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG）.The rhFSH dosage,fertilization rate,clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate of two groups were com- pared. Results The Gn dosage of patients in group A （26.89±4.35） doses was lower than that of group B （30.67±7.68） doses ,the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）.The fertilization rate of group A （84.0%） and group B （82.7%） had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.The clinical pregnancy rate of two groups had no statistical significance （54.7% vs 53.5%,P〉0.05）.The clinical abortion rate of patients in group A （6.7%） was lower than that in group B （11.6%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The LH concentration of serum in the super ovulation less than 0.5 U/L can increase the rhFSH dosage and clinical abortion,and has no effect on the fertiliza- tion rate and clinical pregnancy rate.
