Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention in the rehabilitation after meningioma resection. Methods A total of 80 patients with meningioma resection were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation measures, and the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation measures. The treatment interruption and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment interruption rate of the observation group was 5.0%, which was obviously lower than 20.0% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in HAMD and HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, HAMD and HAMA score of the observation group were(8.1±2.3) and(9.8±3.2) points, which were obviously lower than(13.2±3.1) and(14.1±2.9) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological intervention in the rehabilitation intervention of patients with meningioma resection can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the psychological state and treatment compliance of patients.
