摘要
设计的气体轴承完成了加工,搭建了实验平台对理论数值仿真的实验验证。结果表明,在相同供气压力下,转动轴偏离轴心距离越大,相应气体承载力也越大,且前支承轴承的承载力大于后支承轴承,实验与理论仿真结果基本保持一致。
This paper finished the machining of the designed gas bearing and built an experimental platform to verify the correctness of theoretical numerical simulation.The results show that under the same air supply pressure,the greater the distance of the rotating shaft from the axis,the greater the bearing capacity of the corresponding gas,and the bearing capacity of the front bearing is greater than that of the rear bearing.
