摘要
文章分析了针杆刺布机构在高速转动过程中产生较大惯性力及惯性力矩的原因,利用平衡配重法进行机构部分惯性力的平衡,采用最大惯性力和惯性力绝对值的平均值两项优化指标来选取最佳平衡量,并结合实例给出相应的计算结果。经Adams计算表明,惯性力优化平衡后整机的振动情况有较大幅度改善。
This paper discusses the causes of the large inertia force and inertia moment of the needle bar piercing mechanism in the process of high speed rotation,uses the balance counterweight method to balance part of the inertia force of the mechanism,adopts two optimization indexes considering the maximum inertia force and the average value of the absolute value of the inertia force to select the best balance,and gives the corresponding calculation results with an example,which is shown by Adams calculation.The vibration of the whole machine is greatly improved after the inertia force is optimized and balanced.
