2000 MPa级高强度桥索钢丝扭转性能分析

摘要 针对2000 MPa级高强度桥索钢丝在扭转试验时性能不稳定的现象,从金相组织、微观结构观察、夹杂物、表面质量分析了影响钢丝扭转性能的因素。结果表明:钢丝近表面区域网碳的出现和芯部珠光体的存在降低了钢丝的扭转性能;珠光体团簇越均匀、片层间距越小,钢丝的扭转韧性越好;大颗粒夹杂物和表层氧化皮的出现导致钢丝局部应力集中,削弱钢丝的扭转性能;钢丝的表面麻坑和机械损伤是裂纹扩展的主要路径,应提高钢丝表面质量。 Aiming at the unstable performance of 2000 MPa high-strength steel wire during the torsion test,the influencing factors were analyzed from the microstructure, micro-morphology, inclusions and surface quality. The results show that the appearance of mesh cementite near the surface of the steel wire and the large pearlite of the steel wire core both weaken the torsional toughness of the steel wire. The more uniform the pearlite clusters and the smaller the layer spacing, the better the torsional toughness of the steel wire. The appearance of large particle inclusions and surface oxide scale can cause local stress concentration of the steel wire and weaken the torsional toughness of the steel wire. The pits and mechanical damage on the surface of the steel wire accelerate the initiation and propagation of the cracks.
