摘要
研究开发了2000 MPa级锌铝合金镀层钢丝用桥梁缆索专用高碳盘条B90SiQL,通过工艺试验,采用离线索氏体化处理来提高盘条的强度均匀性,通过钢丝加工过程中的工艺优化和过程控制生产了7.0 mm 2000 MPa级斜拉索用锌铝合金镀层钢丝新产品。B90SiQL盘条抗拉强度平均值为1382 MPa、断面收缩率平均值为25%;成品钢丝抗拉强度平均值为2063 MPa、扭转次数平均值为18次。均满足斜拉桥用7.0 mm 2000 MPa级钢丝技术要求。并形成规模化生产的能力。
To research and develop 2000 MPa grade B90SiQL zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire special high carbon wire rod for bridge cables.Through process test,offline sorbite treatment is used to improve strength uniformity of wire rod.Through process optimization and process control in wire processing,new product of diameter 7.0 mm 2000 MPa grade zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire for stay cables.The average tensile strength of B90SiQL wire rod is 1382 MPa,and average reduction of area is 25%;average tensile strength of finished steel wire is 2063 MPa,and average number of torsion is 18 times.All meet technical requirements of diameter 7.0 mm 2000 MPa grade steel wire for cable-stayed bridges.And form the capacity of large-scale production.
