摘要
利用ZWICK⁃Z005拉力试验机和EJJ⁃1型线材扭转试验机分别对3种模链和两种不同模具工作锥角度拉拔的钢丝进行了破断力和扭转的测试,并分析了其力学性能的规律。结果表明:总压缩率相同的情况下,道次压缩率越大,拉拔后的钢丝强度越高,破断力越大;第一道次对钢丝的韧性有较大影响,降低第一道次的压缩率,可以有效改善钢丝的韧性;9°模具的单丝比11°模具的单丝抗拉强度高,扭转值相当;跟踪9°和11°模具的单丝的生产状况,9°比11°湿拉模具损耗高,捻制效果相近。
By using ZWICK-Z005 tensile testing machine and EJJ-1 wire torsion testing machine,the breaking force and torsion of steel wire drawn with three die chains and two different die working cone angles are tested,and the laws of its mechanical properties are analyzed.The results show that when the total compression ratio is the same,the greater the pass compression ratio is,the higher the strength of the drawn steel wire and the greater the breaking force will be.The first pass has a great impact on the toughness of steel wire.Reducing the compression ratio of the first pass can effectively improve the toughness of steel wire.The tensile strength of monofilament of 9°die is higher than that of 11°die,and the torsion value is equivalent.Tracking the production status of monofilament of 9°and 11°moulds,the loss of 9°wet drawing mould is higher than that of 11°wet drawing mould,and the twisting effect is similar.
