摘要
针对中性笔产品研发设计现状,分析了中性笔产品开发中存在的问题,将公理化设计理论引入到中性笔的设计中来,旨在提高中性笔创新、设计的水平。文章结合公理化理论,对中性笔进行了功能分析,并运用了功能—原理—结构的方法,进行了功能分解;对插套型中性笔结合公理化设计理论,进行了中性笔设计公理化分析;运用公理化的独立性公理,结合模块化设计方法,确定中性笔公理化设计模型;在三维设计软件UG的平台上,通过确定中性笔设计的公理化设计模块、软件结构及其设计流程,采用面向对象软件系统的设计方法,建立了中性笔快速设计系统框架。从而为中性笔设计开发提供了新的思路和方法。
In view of the current situation of the R&D and design of the gel pen products,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the gel pen products,and introduces the axiomatic design theory into the design of the gel pen in order to improve the innovation and design level of the gel pen.Based on the axiomatic theory,this paper analyzes the function of the gel pen,and decomposes the function with the method of function-principle-structure;analyzes the axiomatic design of the plug-in type gel pen by combining the axiomatic design theory;determines the axiomatic design model of the gel pen by using the axiomatic independent axiom and combining with the modular design idea;and designs in three dimensions On the platform of UG,by determining the axiomatic design module,software structure and design process of gel pen design,and adopting the design method of object-oriented software system,the rapid design system framework of gel pen is established.It provides a new idea and method for the design and development of gel pen.
