摘要 [目的]为实现我国邮轮的自主研发,开展大型邮轮总布置设计所蕴含设计机理的探索。[方法]针对大型邮轮总布置设计的特点与拓展性,从多学科融合的角度进行设计机理的探索,即应用公理化设计原理的邮轮主题功能区域设计机理剖析与面向知识工程的邮轮模块化设计机理剖析,并以世界上现有的典型邮轮为例进行相关机理拟合程度分析。[结果]结果表明:通过建立游客需求与功能需求间的关系模型,可以得到现有主题邮轮到潜在主题邮轮的主题功能区域设计映射规律;运用面向知识工程的邮轮模块化设计机理,能够对邮轮甲板的舱室模块进行有效划分并得到舱室模块的布局规律。[结论]应用公理化设计原理及基于知识工程的模块化机理可以有效探索大型邮轮的布置设计规律,对我国邮轮的总布置设计具有重要指导意义。 [Objectives]The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of general arrangement(GA)design of large cruise ships as a contribution towards China's independent research and development of cruise ships.[Methods]Given the characteristics and expansibility of GA design,this paper expounds on two design mechanisms from the perspective of multi-disciplinary integration.These are the analysis of the design mechanism of themed functional areas of cruise ships based on the principle of axiomatic design,and the knowledge engineering-oriented modular design.Taking cruise ships that are currently typical worldwide as examples,the degree of mechanism fitting is also analyzed.[Results]The mapping law of themed functional area design from existing themed cruises to potential themed cruises can be obtained by establishing the relationship model between tourist's requirements and functional requirements;The cabin module of cruise decks can be effectively divided and the layout rules of cabin modules can be obtained by using a knowledge engineering-oriented modular design mechanism of cruise ships.[Conclusions]This paper integrates the principle of axiomatic design and knowledge engineering-oriented modular design to explore the GA design laws of large cruise ships,which has an important guiding significance for the GA design of the cruise ships in China.
