摘要
在各类经济案件和经济纠纷中,作案人或当事人常常于事后以蓝色签字笔为书写工具伪造文件,达到逃脱罪责、篡改事实的目的,很多情况下,蓝色签字笔字迹色痕的鉴定就成为鉴定文件真伪的唯一依据,其重要性备受关注。
In all kinds of economic crime cases and disputes, it is usually found out that the suspects or involving parties use the writing tool of gel-pens filled in blue inks to make a counterfeit of official papers after the conspiracy comes to light to achieve their purposes of shaking off responsibility for the offences as, well as of distorting the truth. In most of circumstances, the writing and colour tracing examination of the blue ink of gel-pens may become the solo evidence to identify and decide the truth of a paper, of whose importance draws wide attention.
