摘要
在测试分析铅锌矿尾砂物理力学特性的基础上,通过理论分析与袋式充填体力学试验,探究了袋式充填体单向固结排水特性及固结增强力学作用机理,开发了与金属矿地下开采袋式充填相匹配的工艺技术。以彝良铅锌矿为依托开展现场试验,采用膏体充填料浆浇筑袋式充填挡墙,成本较混凝土挡墙降低35.6%,极大降低了充填采场封闭挡墙成本,创建了一种充填采矿新模式。
On the basis of testing and analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of tailings in lead-zinc mine,through theoretical analysis and mechanical test of bagged filling body,the unidirectional consolidation and drainage characteristics of bagged filling body were explored,as well as the mechanical action mechanism of consolidation enhancement.And a process technology matching with bagged filling in underground mining of metal mine was developed.Field test was carried out in Yiliang lead zinc mine.The cost of bagged filling retaining wall with paste filling slurry was reduced by 35.6%compared with that of concrete retaining wall.Thus,the cost of closed retaining wall in filling stope is greatly reduced,and a new filling mining mode is provided.
