摘要
随着互联网技术迅速发展,网络文本分析成为旅游研究的重要方法,能够反映游客对景区的真实感知。文章以携程、大众点评等重要旅游网站的游客评论为对象,利用网络文本分析法对高频词汇进行分类和语义网络图绘制,对神龙谷国家森林公园的游客行为和形象感知进行研究,为相似景区的管理和发展思路提供理论借鉴。研究结果表明:(1)游客前往景区主要是通过自驾游的形式与家人、朋友一起休闲旅游及夏季避暑。(2)游客对景区生态环境总体感知良好,尤其偏好瀑布、森林等自然旅游资源。极少游客也表示景区存在一些问题,如景区公共交通不便、景区面积较小等。(3)国内森林公园存在服务水平不高、开发程度不足等问题,需进一步提升。依据分析结果,对今后森林公园的发展提出优化景区公共交通和加大景区后期开发力度等建议,以期为改善景区旅游管理与服务质量提供理论参考。
With the rapid development of Internet technology,network text analysis has become an essential tourism research method,which can reflect tourists’ real perception of scenic spots.This paper takes the tourist comments of Ctrip,Dianping,and other critical tourism websites as objects use the network text analysis method to classify the high-frequency words and draw semantic network map and study the tourist behavior and image perception of Shenlong Valley National Forest Park,so as to provide theoretical reference for the management and development of similar scenic spots.The results show that:(1) Tourists go to the scenic area mainly through self-driving tours with family members and friends for leisure tourism and summer vacation.(2) Tourists generally have a good perception of the scenic area’s ecological environment,especially the natural tourism resources such as waterfalls and forests.Very few tourists also said that there are some scenic areas,such as inconvenient public transportation and a small scenic area.(3) Domestic forest parks have low service levels and insufficient development,which need to be further improved.Based on the analysis results,suggestions for optimizing public transportation in scenic spots and increasing the later development of scenic spots are put forward for the future development of forest parks to provide a theoretical reference for improving the quality of tourism management service in scenic spots.
