摘要
随着"双高计划"的出台,各个职业院校为了抓住历史机遇,在双高建设的浪潮中,积极谋求教师教学能力的进一步提升。因此,补短板、找差距也成了各个教师提升教学能力的重要一环。本文以信息技术青年教师教学普遍遇到的问题为例,分析各个问题出现的原因,然后给出解决方案。
With the introduction of the"Double High Plan",in order to seize the historical opportunity,various vocational colleges actively seek to further improve the teaching ability of teachers in the wave of double high construction.Therefore,making up for shortcomings and finding gaps has become an important part of teachers'improvement of teaching ability.This article starts from the problems commonly encountered by young IT teachers in teaching,analyzes the causes of each problem,and then provides solutions.
