摘要
职业教育的培养目标必须适应经济发展,调动企业的积极性参与职业教育,有利于培养适合行业企业需求的人才。文章以高职院校国际贸易专业为研究对象,依据教育部相关文件要求,指出了校企合作的重要性和必要性。广东外贸行业规模庞大,人才需求旺盛,但是职业院校校企合作开展不尽如意。文章围绕校企合作方面的主要问题,提出服务于广东外贸发展的高职国贸专业校企合作策略。
The cultivation purpose of vocational colleges should be orientated towards economic development. The enterprises are supposed to be activated to participate in vocational education to facilitate cultivating elites for industry development. This paper is directed at the international trade major of vocational colleges, pointing out the importance and significance of college-enterprise cooperation based on relative documents and guidelines issued by China Ministry of Education. The industry of foreign trade in Guangdong is of large scale resulting in extensive requirement for personnel with relative expertise. However, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises are not satisfactory. To boost the development of foreign trade in Guangdong, this paper analyzes the major problems existing in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and proposes some strategies to improve the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in international trade major.
