摘要
在聚乙烯纤维体积分数固定为1%的情况下,分别对掺入体积分数为0、0.3%、0.6%和0.9%的钢纤维的试件进行直接拉伸试验,研究钢纤维掺量对高韧性水泥基复合材料直接拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,钢纤维的掺入可以有效增大试件的初裂拉力和极限拉力,与不掺钢纤维的试件相比,钢纤维体积分数为0.3%、0.6%、0.9%的试件的初裂应力分别增大45.19%、80.28%、96.15%,极限应力分别增大33.97%、27.99%、8.85%,拉伸应变分别减小50.81%、23.47%、32.39%,但仍然具有较好的延性。
By using direct tensile tests when the volume fraction of polyethylene fiber was fixed at 1%,tensile properties of cement-based composites mixed steel fibers with volume fractions of 0,0.3%,0.6%,and 0.9%were measured to study the effect of steel fiber content on the direct tensile properties of high toughness cement-based composites.The results show that the addition of steel fiber can effectively increase the initial crack tension and ultimate tensile strength of the specimen.Compared with the specimen without steel fiber,the initial crack stresses of the specimen with steel fibers with volume fractions of 0.3%,0.6%,and 0.9%increase by 45.19%,80.28%,and 96.15%,the ultimate stresses increase by 33.97%,27.99%,and 8.85%,and the tensile strains decrease by 50.81%,23.47%,and 32.39%respectively,but they still have good ductility.
