摘要
喷射超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC,Ultra High Toughness Cementitious Composites,又称ECC)中聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维的种类、掺量、长度、直径等因素都会直接影响喷射UHTCC的工作性能与力学性能。通过研究3种性能相似、长度不同的PVA纤维单掺及混杂对喷射UHTCC流动度、抗压及抗折强度的影响,得出以下结论:在纤维体积掺量为1.5%时,PVA纤维长度越长,对浆体的流动性影响越大;所掺PVA纤维越长,其抗折强度越高,而抗压强度有所降低;通过对不同长度的PVA纤维进行混杂,可改善其流动性,同时可将降低纤维对抗压强度的影响。
The type,content,length and diameter of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers in sprayed ultra high toughness cementitious composites(UHTCC or ECC)will directly affect the fluidity and mechanical prop-erties of sprayed UHTCC.The effects of three kinds of PVA fibers with similar properties and different length on the fluidity,compressive strength and flexural strength of UHTCC were studied.The following conclusions are drawn:when the fiber volume content is1.5%,the longer the PVA fiber length,the greater the influence on the fluidity of the slurry;the longer the length of PVA fiber,the more the flexural strength increases,and the compressive strength is reduced;by mixing different lengths of PVA fibers,their fluidity can be improved and the influence of fibers on compressive strength can be minimized.
