摘要
研究了不同批次聚乙烯醇水溶性纤维的水溶过程变化及其对碱锰电池隔膜性能的影响。结果表明,相同标称水溶温度、不同批次纤维的水溶性存在一定差别。建议在生产品质要求高的隔膜产品时,采用测试聚乙烯醇水溶性纤维水溶温度和显微镜观察水溶状态相结合的检测方法,根据纤维对温度的敏感性适当调整工艺。
The water soluble state of PVA water soluble fiber and its influence to the performance of alkali-manganese battery separator was studied .The results indicated that the same nominal water soluble temperature , different batches of the fiber water-soluble exist certain differences .When a higher quality of production was needed, combined with the two means of testing the solution temperature of PVA water soluble fiber and observing the morphology of fibers by microscope , the progress should be appropriate adjustment by the sensitivity of the temperature of fiber .
