锌银贮备电池复合隔膜的性能

摘要 为满足锌银贮备电池15 s快速激活和湿搁置24 h的性能要求,利用未经处理的水化纤维素膜、处理的水化纤维素膜、水化纤维素纸①、水化纤维素纸②和微孔膜等,组合成不同形式的2层、3层复合隔膜,研究单体电池的激活及湿搁置性能,利用组合电池开展验证实验。由微孔膜、水化纤维素纸①、水化纤维素纸②组合成的复合隔膜组装电池性能较好,满足快速激活及湿搁置容量衰减率低的要求。 In order to meet the performance requirements of Zn-Ag reserve battery for 15 s quick activation and 24 h wet storage,the untreated cellulose hydrate membrane,the treated cellulose hydrate membrane,the cellulose hydrate paper①,the cellulose hydrate paper②and the microporous membrane were used to form two or three layers of composite separators in different forms to study the activation and wet storage performance of the single cell,the composite battery was used to carry out verification experi-ments.The battery assembled with the composite separator composed of microporous membrane,cellulose hydrate paper①and cellu-lose hydrate paper②had good performance,met the requirements of rapid activation and low capacity decay rate in wet storage.
