摘要
伴随着中国社会经济的高速发展,越来越多传统意义上的"肮脏工作"出现在当今社会中,但基于中国情境的肮脏工作研究严重滞后,抑制了管理实践的突破。本研究在理论回顾的基础上进行了以下研究:基于"脸面"观视角将中国情境下的员工肮脏工作感知划分为表层肮脏与深层肮脏两类:讨论了集体主义人力资源管理实践缓解员工肮脏工作感的影响机制及边界条件,由此提出中国情境下肮脏工作的抑制模型。本研究为涉及"肮脏工作"的组织缓解员工的肮脏工作感知提供理论指导,为"肮脏工作"的相关研究发展做出基于中国情境的贡献。
As the fast development of China’s social economy,more and more in the traditional sense of the dirty work appeared in today’s society,but research on dirty jobs based on the Chinese context lags far behind,which inhibits the breakthrough of management practice.On the basis of theoretical review,the following researches are carried out:based on the perspective of face view,the dirty work perception of employees in The Chinese context is divided into surface dirtiness and deep dirtiness;this paper discusses the influence mechanism and boundary conditions of collectivism-oriented human resource management practices to alleviate employees’sense of dirty work,and puts forward the suppression model of dirty work in Chinese context.This study provides theoretical guidance for organizations involved in dirty work to alleviate employees’sense of dirty work,and makes a contribution based on the Chinese context for the development of research related to dirty work.
