摘要
近年来,我国食用菌产业发展迅速,规模愈加庞大,已成为食用菌产业大国,经采收后会产生大量的食用菌菌糠。菌糠的不合理利用会引发环境污染,同时也是资源上的一种浪费。本文对食用菌菌糠的基础特性及综合利用现状进行综述,并对其利用前景进行展望,为进一步研究提供理论支持。
In recent years,China's edible fungus industry has developed rapidly and become more and more largescale,and China has become a big country of edible fungus industry,edible fungus after the harvest will produce a large number of edible fungus chaff,fungus chaff unreasonable use will cause environmental pollution,but also a waste of resources.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics and comprehensive utilization status of edible fungus chaff,and looks forward to the utilization prospect,providing theoretical support for further research.
