摘要
多效蒸发结晶技术与其他同类蒸发结晶技术相比,具有可有效利用低温废热、操作简单、稳定性强、节省能源、系统使用寿命较长、投资低等优点,因此广泛应用于废水零排放处理中。在生产运行过程中,系统经常出现二次凝水含盐量高、盐腿结垢等现象,这对下游水处理及整体生产效率都产生很大影响。研究表明,在设计的过程中进行优化,可有效减缓或避免这些现象的产生。
Compared with other similar evaporation and crystallization technologies,the multi-effect evaporative crystallization technology has the advantages of effective use of low-temperature waste heat,simple operation,strong stability,energy saving,longer system service life,and low investment,therefore,it is widely used in zero-discharge wastewater treatment.In the process of production and operation,the system often has high salt content in the secondary condensate and scaling of the salt legs,which has a great impact on downstream water treatment and overall production efficiency.Research shows that optimization in the design process can effectively slow down or avoid these phenomena.
