摘要
介绍了一种新颖、高效的除雾器—波纹板除雾器,总结了近年来国外对其的研究现状。采用CFD软件对波纹板除雾器的“Z”字形通道内的流场进行了模拟,对湍流的模拟进行了深入的讨论,选用低ReSSTk-!湍流模型与已有的实验与其他湍流方法模拟结果进行了比较,证实了该方法具有的优越性。通过拉格朗日方法计算了液滴颗粒的运动轨迹,由此得到了液滴颗粒的去除效率。在此基础上,进一步考察了在较大的液滴分布范围和气流表观流速范围条件下,具有不同几何尺寸的波纹板除雾器的性能特点。
A noval simple and efficient demister--wave-plate demister is introduced. A CFD software was employed to simulate the zigzag flow field of gas and liquid droplets inside the demiter. The turbulent simulation was analyzed in detail to evaluate its suitability on calculation of droplet removal efficiency. It is showed that the SST turbulent simulation method is effective on the evaluating removal efficiency by comparing with existing experimental and numerical data. The removal efficiency was obtained by tracing particles with the Lagrange method. Based on these, an in depth studying on the performance of the wave-plate demister is provided for a wide range of doplet size and gas velocity.
