摘要
污水的成分比较复杂,有些物料在蒸发过程中沸点升高较多,对蒸发器换热面积影响较大,在实际应用中有的蒸发器并未达到生产能力,除了使用操作及维护上存在问题外,很重要的因素就是设计蒸发器换热面积偏小、冷凝器换热面积不足所致,就此进行阐述。
The composition of sewage is complicated. The boiling point of some materials in sewage may rise in distillation process,which will influence the heat exchanging area of evaporator. In practice, some evaporators cannot reach their productive capacities.Apart from the problems existed in operation and maintenance, other important causes are unenough heat exchanging areas inevaporator and condenser. In this article, the issues mentioned above were discussed.
