摘要
蒸发器生产过程中出料浓度是否达到设计要求,是衡量蒸发器综合性能的关键指标。出料浓度与换热面积、生产工艺参数、自动化程度等因素有关,本文仅以BSJM02-800型板式升降膜蒸发器在胶原蛋白生产中的设计及应用为例加以阐述。此类蒸发器通常应用于乳制品中的辅料制备如果蔬汁、胶原蛋白等成分的制备,用于制作果蔬类乳饮品、含胶原蛋白类美容保健乳饮品等。
Whether the discharge concentrations in the evaporator production process meets the requirements of the stability of the design concentration, it is an evaporator key to measure the comprehensive performance. Discharge concentrations were interrelated with the decision for heat exchange area, control of production process parameters, automation degree and other factors.
