摘要
目的分析贵州省少数民族地区中老年男性性行为现状和艾滋病传播风险,为制定艾滋病和性病防治干预措施和策略提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2018年4月至6月贵州省凯里市老年人口中人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染人数较多的某乡镇及某社区386名(乡镇199名,社区187名)50岁以上的体检者作为调查对象。对调查对象开展问卷调查及HIV血清检测。结果386名中老年男性年龄中位数为64岁(四分位数为54岁、71岁)。有78.8%的研究对象有性行为的发生,38.9%的研究对象认为性生活不能得到满足,除了自身性能力不足外,缺乏性生活对象和配偶不感兴趣是最主要原因。有性行为者中,1个月频率低于3次占多数,每次性行为在5min以内较多。9.8%的人会使用助性剂/催情药,最后一次性行为安全套的使用率仅占15.4%。有72.3%的人与固定性伴有性行为,但83.5%的人从未使用安全套。HIV阳性检出率1.2%。结论贵州省某少数民族地区中老年男性仍存在较高的性需求和高危性行为,并且性行为方式复杂多样,是艾滋病和性病感染的高风险人群,应根据其人群特征采取针对性的宣教、干预措施。
Objective To analyze the current situation of sexual behavior and the risk of AIDS transmission among middle-aged and elderly men in minority areas of Guizhou province,and to provide a basis for the measures and strategies of AIDS and STD prevention and treatment.Methods From April to June 2018,386 people(199 in the township and 187 in the community)over 50 years old in Kaili,Guizhou were selected as the research objects with the method of convenient sampling.Questionnaire survey and HIV serum test were conducted among the respondents.Results A total of 386 middle-aged and elderly men,with a median age of 64 years(IQR 54-71)were surveyed.78.8%of the subjects had sexual behaviors,and 38.9%of the subjects believed that sexual life could not be satisfied.In addition to their own sexual ability,lack of sexual partners and lack of interest from their spouses were the main reasons.Among those who have sex,the frequency of less than 3 times per month accounts for the majority,and each time is less than 5 minutes.9.8%used sex aphrodisiacs,and only 15.4%used condoms in the last sexual behavior.72.3%had sex with a consistent partner,but 83.5%had never used a condom.The HIV positive detection rate was 1.2%.Conclusions Middle-aged and elderly men in ethnic minority areas in Guizhou still have high sexual needs and high-risk sexual behaviors,and their sexual behaviors are complex and diverse.They are high-risk groups of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases,so targeted education and intervention measures should be taken according to their population characteristics.
