摘要
近年来,如何重塑核心企业既有商业生态系统以维持竞争力和适应性成为理论界和企业界共同关注的焦点议题。基于裂变创业的理论视角,对"核心企业员工自发离职开展的裂变创业活动如何影响商业生态系统重塑"这一问题展开嵌入式单案例研究,以蒙牛以及5家"蒙牛系"裂变新创企业为研究对象,归纳出价值失衡情境、识别瓶颈机会、催生离职动机、补缺价值结构、丰富价值结构、维系价值主张、内部合法性获取和外部合法性获取等8个理论维度,进而构建了"裂变创业视角下核心企业商业生态系统重塑机理"过程模型,从重塑需求、重塑启动、重塑推进和重塑稳固4个阶段系统阐释了核心企业内部涌现的裂变创业如何重塑其商业生态系统的内在逻辑。本研究深化了对商业生态系统动态演化机理的理解,对核心企业和裂变新创企业等商业生态系统相关主体具有重要启发意义。
The discussion on the evolution and reshaping of the business ecosystem is becoming a hot topic.This study intends to explore the internal mechanism of the business ecosystem reshaping of core enterprise,from the view of spontaneous spin-off entrepreneurship,based on Mengniu and its five spin-off ventures.The study extracts eight theoretical dimensions,including appearing value imbalance,identifying bottleneck opportunities,promoting turnover motivation,filling value structure,enriching value structure,maintaining value proposition,obtaining internal legitimacy and obtaining external legitimacy,then constructs a theoretical model of the mechanism of business ecosystem reshaping of core enterprise from the perspective of spin-off entrepreneurship,elaborates the process logic of such reshaping from four stages,including antecedent,start-up,propulsion and consolidation.The findings put forward the understanding about the evolution of the business ecosystem,as well as apply to core enterprise and spin-off ventures.
