摘要
数字工厂可视化作为智能制造的关键技术能有效优化生产流程、保证生产安全.增强现实(AR)技术能将虚拟物体叠加显示在现实场景中,已经在拆装指导、工厂规划、远程指导维修等方面开始初步应用.在目前的应用中大多存在开发周期长、成本高等问题,针对以上问题,提出了一种基于AR的数字工厂可视化快速开发系统,该系统能快速配置拆装指导动画、智能仪表,生成AR可视化程序,能有效缩短开发周期,降低开发成本,具有一定的现实意义.
As the key technology of intelligent manufacturing,digital factory visualization can effectively optimize the production process and ensure the production safety.Augmented reality(AR)technology,which can display virtual objects in real scenes,has been applied in disassembly and assembly guidance,factory planning,remote maintenance guidance and so on.In the current application,most of them have such problems as long development cycle and high cost.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a rapid development system of digital factory visualization based on AR,which can quickly configure disassembly and assembly guidance animation,intelligent instruments,and generate AR visualization program.The system can effectively shorten the development cycle and reduce the development cost,and thus has much practical significance.
