摘要
我国作为主要的猪肉消费大国,生猪屠宰场检疫是保证猪肉产品进入市场流通、餐桌食品的最后一道保障,对阻断动物疾病传播、提供健康肉质具有重要意义。该文对云南省巧家县目前的生猪屠宰场检疫进行调研,指出问题并提出对策。
As a major pork consuming country,the quarantine of pig slaughterhouse is the last safeguard to ensure the entry of pork products into the market and the food on the table,which is of great significance to stop the spread of animal diseases and provide healthy meat quality.This paper investigates the quarantine of pig slaughterhouses in Qiaojia county,Yunnan province,points out the problems and puts forward the countermeasures.
