摘要
转型背景下,校企合作是新建地方本科院校人才培养的重要途径。新建地方本科院校校企合作人才培养面临着诸多困难。校企合作人才培养,政府要完善政策,加大支持力度。新建地方本科院校和企业要构建利益共同体。要发挥学校和企业双主体作用,构建校企合作人才培养的良性机制,真正推动合作深入、持续、健康发展。
Under the context of transformation,school-enterprise cooperation is an important channel for talents training in the new local undergraduate universities.However,there exist many difficulties in the meantime.To promote thorough,continuous and healthy school-enterprise cooperation,the government should improve the policies and strengthen the support.The community of shared interests should be built,and both the school and the enterprise should play their dominant role in establishing a positive mechanism for talents training.
