摘要
以环烷基重油富芳组分为原料,通过空气氧化得到不同软化点的改性沥青,考察改性沥青结构组成对液相炭化制备出的中间相沥青性质的影响规律。结果表明随着氧化改性程度加深,得到的改性沥青中含有更多的含氧官能团,并且碳氢比(C/H)和芳香度fA逐渐增大,缩合指数HAU/CA和周环取代率σ逐渐降低;适度氧化处理得到的改性沥青在后续液相炭化过程中可制备出具有100%广域流线纹理特征、片层堆积有序、纺丝性能优异的中间相沥青。
The aromatic-rich components derived from naphthenic-based heavy oil were used as feedstock to obtain modified pitch with different softening points through air oxidation.Then,the influence of the structural composition of the modified pitch on the properties of mesophase pitch prepared by liquid-phase carbonization was investigated.The results show that as the degree of oxidative modification deepens,the resultant modified pitch contains more oxygen-containing functional groups.The C/H ratio and aromaticity fA gradually increase,along with progressive decrease of condensation index HAU/CA and substituted ratio of hydrogens surrounding aromatic systemσ.The modified pitch obtained by moderate oxidation treatment could prepare mesophase pitch with 100%broad-domain flow texture,orderly stacked layers and excellent spinning performance via the subsequent liquid phase carbonization process.
