摘要
利用热机械分析仪对沥青进行热变形的测试研究,对沥青样品颗粒的制备方法、粒度及测试压力等影响因素进行分析。结果表明,热机械法测定沥青软化变形能够准确获得软化特征温度点以及沥青在整个加热过程中的软化动态变化;采用木锉制备样品颗粒,筛选250~425μm粒度的样品在1500 mN压力下可得到平滑准确的TMA曲线;该测试方法的结果具有非常好的重复性,可为沥青材料的进一步加工提供全面可靠的数据。
The softening deformation of pitch materials was studied by using thermo-mechanical analysis(TMA).The influencing factors such as preparation method,particle size and test pressure were analyzed.The results show that,using the thermo-mechanical method both the softening characteristic temperature point and the dynamic change of pitch materials during the whole heating softening process can be accurately obtained.A smooth and accurate curve of TMA of the sample with the size of 250~425μm prepared by file can be achieved.The test method can assure the reproducibility of results,and provide comprehensive and reliable data for further study of pitch materials.
