摘要
文章对比研究了自制萘基中间相沥青和通用级沥青的纺丝性能及纺丝相关热性能。采用萘基中间相沥青和商业化的通用级纺丝沥青,通过组分分析、热重、粘温性能分析、热台偏光显微镜观察,对其可纺性进行评价,并采用纺丝设备进行纺丝性能的验证。结果表明,萘基中间相沥青含有较少的低分子组分,纺丝温度下热稳定优良,且粘温相关性更小,是一种优良的纺丝沥青。但所得原丝性能极脆,从某种程度上又降低了纺丝的连续性,其原丝的脆性是制约纺丝的关键。
By the means of fraction constituent analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,viscosity-temperature analysis,polarization microstructure analysis,the spinnability and performance of self-made naphthalene-mesophase pitch and commercially general-performance pitch was studied.The results showed that the self-made naphthalene-mesophase pitch contain minor low molecule fraction and had good thermalstablility in the spun temperature range,had better spinnability.However,pitch fiber made from it was very brittle,in some extent,which was disadvantage to spun succession and was a key factor of spun.
