摘要
辽河催化裂化澄清油是生产针状焦的较好原料,但所含的金属和灰分对其加工利用有着较大影响。采用先加入絮凝剂脱灰,再经减压蒸馏切割420~500℃馏分的方法将辽河催化裂化澄清油预处理,并进行恒温热转化实验。借助气相色谱对热转化过程中产生的气态烃分布进行了测定,推测中间相的形成机理。实验结果表明:中间馏分连续热转化半焦产物的光学组织结构属于各向异性发达的广域—流线型结构。在连续热转化过程中生成气态烃的含量按照C1~C4的顺序递减。CH4的含量随热转化温度的升高先增后减,有一极大值,C2~C4含量持续减少,而H2含量一直保持增加的趋势。
Liaohe FCCDO is the better raw material to produce needle coke. But impurities such as the metal and ash will affect the further process of FCCDO greatly. Narrow fraction was produced by feed pretreatment. The coking result indicated that the narrow fraction yielded high quality needle coke with a good optical orientation and a large domain of anisotropy. Gas hydrocarbon distribution of thermal conversion reaction indicated the concentration of CH4 is the greatest in the gases. With the increase of temperature the concentration of CH4 is increased firstly,and then decreased gradually. And that of C1~C4, decreased. The concentration of H2 shows a continuous increasing trend.
