摘要
目的探讨UCG联合ECG在慢性肺源性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者98例作为观察组,其中轻度36例,中度42例,重度20例;选取同期健康体检者74例作为对照组。两组均进行UCG、ECG检查。比较两组的检查指标,比较UCG、ECG单独及联合检测的诊断效能。结果观察组的右室内径、右房内径、肺动脉内径、MPAP、SPAP均高于对照组(P<0.05),并随病情加重而升高;UCG+ECG诊断慢性肺源性心脏病的敏感度、准确度高于UCG、ECG单独检测(P<0.05),但特异度与UCG、ECG单独检测相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性肺源性心脏病患者存在右室结构及功能状态异常,UCG联合ECG能显著提高诊断效能,评估病情程度,为临床诊疗及预后评估提供影像学依据。
Objective To explore the application value of UCG combined with ECG in the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods 98 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as observation group,including 36 mild cases,42 moderate cases and 20 severe cases.74 healthy subjects at the same period were selected as control group.UCG and ECG were performed in both groups.The examination indicators of the two groups were compared.The diagnostic efficiency of single and combined detection of UCG and ECG were compared.Results The right ventricular diameter,right atrium diameter,pulmonary artery diameter,MPAP and SPAP of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and increased with the aggravation of the disease.The sensitivity and accuracy of UCG+ECG in the diagnosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease were higher than those of single detection of UCG and ECG(P<0.05),but the specificity of UCG+ECG was not significantly different from that of single detection of UCG and ECG(P>0.05).Conclusions Patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease have abnormal structure and function of the right ventricle.UCG combined with ECG can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency,evaluate the severity of the disease,and provide imaging basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis assessment.
