摘要
提高农业废弃物资源化利用率对于实现乡村振兴生态文明建设和绿色农业可持续发展至关重要。基于江西省920份农户调查数据,采用OProbit、2SLS和IV-Probit模型进行实证检验,并以基础设施和技术服务作为农户生态环保意识的工具变量解决内生性问题。结果表明:农户生态环保意识对农业废弃物资源化利用行为具有显著的正向影响,农业废弃物基础设施和技术服务这两个外生变量对提高农户生态环保意识有显著的作用;生态环保意识发挥作用的主观机制在于提高农户对农业废弃物在资源化利用方面的认知水平,客观机制在于完善农户在农业废弃物资源化利用过程中的基础条件和技术服务体系。最后,建议通过完善农业废弃物基础设施和提供技术服务来提高农户对废弃物资源利用化率。
Improving the utilization rate of agricultural wastes is essential for rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction and sustainable development of green agriculture.Based on 920 survey data collected of farmers in Jiangxi Province,this paper used OProbit,2SLS and IV-Probit models for empirical testing,and used infrastructure and technical services as instrumental variables for farmers’ecological and environmental protection awareness to solve endogenous problems.The results show that farmers’ecological awareness has a significant positive impact on the utilization of agricultural waste resources,that the two exogenous variables of agricultural waste infrastructure and technical services play a significant role in improving farmers’awareness of ecological and environmental protection.The subjective mechanism lies in improving farmers’awareness of agricultural wastes in the utilization of resources while the objective mechanism is to complete the basic conditions and technical service system in the process of agricultural waste resource utilization.Finally,based on the research conclusions,it is concluded that the utilization rate of waste resources by farmers can be improved by improving agricultural waste infrastructure and providing technical services.
