摘要
为了探究多维教育对农户养殖生态效率的影响,本研究基于新疆地区503份肉牛养殖农户的调查数据,运用IV-Tobit模型、中介效应模型来研究多维教育对农户养殖生态效率的影响及作用机制。结果表明:学历教育、默会知识、互联网学习均能在1%水平上显著提升农户的养殖生态效率,且在解决内生性问题和进行稳健性检验后结论仍成立;相较于小规模农户的养殖生态效率,互联网学习对大规模农户养殖生态效率的促进作用更显著,而学历教育、默会知识的促进作用无群组差异;多维教育通过加深绿色认知、增强信息获取能力、拓宽资金渠道、提高养殖水平等路径影响农户养殖生态效率。基于此,笔者建议应持续改善农村义务教育基础环境,在重视默会知识、互联网学习等非学历教育发挥作用的同时,仍需积极探索和创新多维教育体系来提升农户养殖经营水平,以促使养殖业绿色发展。
In order to explore the impact of multidimensional education on the ecological efficiency of farmer farming,based on the survey data of 503 beef cattle farmers in Xinjiang,this study used IV-Tobit model and intermediary effect model to study the impact and mechanism of multi-dimensional education on farmers'breeding eco-efficiency.The results showed that academic education,tacit knowledge and internet learning could significantly improve the ecological efficiency of farming farmers at the level of 1%,and the conclusions were still valid after solving the endogeneity problem and robustness test.Compared to the ecological efficiency of small-scale farmers,the promotion effect of internet learning on the ecological efficiency of large-scale farmers was more significant,while there was no group difference in the promotion effect of academic education and tacit knowledge.Multidimensional education affected the ecological efficiency of farming by deepening green awareness,enhancing information acquisition capabilities,expanding funding channels,and improving farming levels.Based on this,the author suggested that the basic environment of rural compulsory education should be continuously improved.While emphasizing the role of non-academic education such as tacit knowledge and internet learning,it was still necessary to actively explore and innovate a multidimensional education system to enhance the level of farmer breeding and management,in order to promote the green development of the breeding industry.
