摘要
近年来,受锦标赛体制的影响,高职院校科研行为产生了异化现象,具体表现为科研导向的"GDP主义"、科研发展的"马太效应"、科研定位的"学术漂移"和科研成果的低转化率。高职院校科研锦标赛的形成受量化评价方式下的竞争式发展、行政权力与利益交织中的捆绑式发展两种机制的影响。为深化高职院校科研体制改革,应优化科研评价标准,创新科研管理制度,改变学术权力弱势地位,畅通科研成果转化渠道。
In recent years,influenced by the tournament system,the scientific research action of higher vocational colleges has been distorted,which is manifested as the GDP doctrine of scientific research guidance,the Matthew effect of scientific research development,the academic drift of scientific research orientation and the low conversion rate of scientific research achievements.The formation of scientific research tournament depends on two mechanisms:the competitive development under the mode of quantitative evaluation,and binding development under the shape of administration power and interest.In order to deepen the reform of scientific research system in higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to optimize the evaluation standard of scientific research,innovate the evaluation system of scientific research,change the weak position of academic power and smooth the channel of scientific research achievements transformation.
