摘要
产教融合、校企合作是高职院校响应国家职业教育改革要求,变革办学模式、提升教学水平、提高学生成才率的重要途径。育人模式虽已存在多年,但对于高职学生能力提升特别是职场适应力提升发挥有效影响,解决高职学生供需匹配还需做深度的探索。文章基于宁波华商控股集团与浙江工商职业技术学院多年校企合作共育人才的经验和效果作剖析,从人才培育和用人企业两方面提出人才的选、育、用、留生态链概念,对产教融合校企合作育人模式再做探寻。
The integration of production and education and school⁃enterprise cooperation are important ways for higher vocational colleges to meet the requirements of national vocational education reform,change the school⁃running model,improve the teaching level,and increase the success rate of students.Although the education model has existed for many years,it still needs in⁃depth exploration to improve students'ability,especially the workplace adaptability and solve the supply and demand matching.Based on the analysis of the experience and effects of Ningbo Huashang Holding Group and Zhejiang Business Technology Institute for years of school⁃enterprise cooperation to cultivate talents,it proposes the ecological chain of talent selection,education,use,and retention from the aspects of talent cultivation and employers.Then itre⁃explores the mode of school⁃enterprise cooperation education with integration of production and education.
