摘要
针对工业环境下的主轴振动信号,提出一种主轴机械状态识别与故障诊断的算法,并基于LabVIEW设计一款在工业环境下对主轴机械状态识别与故障诊断的系统。通过某机床主轴验证表明,该系统可检测出主轴前端存在轴不对中的问题,提供维保人员专业性指导,具有良好的工程应用价值。
Based on the vibration signal of the spindle in the harsh working conditions,proposes an algorithm for the condition recognition and fault diagnosis of the spindle,and designs a system of condition recognition and fault diagnosis of the spindle based on LabVIEW.The verification of a horizontal machine tool spindle shows that the system can detect the shaft-misalignment of the spindle front end,provide professional guidance for maintenance staff,and have good engineering application value.
