数控电解加工机床运动误差诊断与补偿

摘要 针对数控电解加工机床的运动误差和运动稳定性问题,研发了数控电解加工机床运动监测和误差补偿系统,系统由PMAC控制卡(programmable multi-axis controller)构成的下位机、上位机监测软件和数据采集系统组成,同时结合多线程模式和队列技术构建了多通道的数据传输机制,实现了运动误差的监测、分析、补偿和误差报警等功能。试验结果表明:机床运动过程中,数据传递存在滞后和失真现象,速度误差随设定速度成正比例增长,位移跟踪误差出现累积现象;经过诊断和补偿后,最大速度误差由0.014 735 mm/s减小到0.000 043 mm/s,位移跟踪误差增长趋势得到有效抑制,机床运动精度显著提升。 Aiming at the problem of motion error and motion stability of CNC electrochemical machining machine tools,a motion monitoring and error compensation system for CNC electrochemical machining machine tools is developed.The system consists of a lower computer composed of PMAC control board(programmable multi-axis controller),a host computer monitoring software and a data acquisition system.Meanwhile,a multi-channel data transmission mechanism is constructed by combining multi-thread mode and queue technology,which realizes the functions of motion error monitoring,analysis,compensation and error alarm.The experimental results show that there are hysteresis and distortion in the data transmission during the movement of the machine tool.The speed error increases proportionally with the set speed,and the displacement tracking error accumulated.After diagnosis and compensation,the maximum speed error is reduced from 0.014735 mm/s to 0.000043 mm/s,the growth trend of displacement tracking error is effectively suppressed,and the motion accuracy of machine tool is significantly improved.
