摘要
针对机械振动和设备的故障诊断,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的便携式四通道机械振动测试分析系统;采用1221L-050加速度传感器拾取信号,经信号调理电路放大处理后由MP424 USB采集卡进行数据采集,并将数据传送至PC机由LabVIEW进行预处理,并进行时域和频域分析。为提高振动测试精度,采用了相位差校正法进行频谱校正。系统性能稳定、测试精度高、携带方便、成本低,具有很好的应用价值。
Aiming at vibration and fault diagnoses existing in mechanical equipment, a test system of four channels' and portablevibration signal based on LabVIEW was devised; Signal was picked up by1221L-050 accelerate sensor, and MP424 USB card was used to collect data after it was magnified by signal conditioning circuit. Finally these data was transmitted to PC to preprocess, and analyzed by Lab- VIEW in time domain and frequency domain. In order to improve the accuracy of vibration testing, using a phase difference correction method of spectrum correction. The performance of the system is stable, high precision of test, convenient to carry and low cost, it has well applied value.
